The Business Assistance Center (BAC) Program is a micro-enterprise assistance program funded in part by the City of Dallas through the Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant. The Business Assistance Centers provide free services to qualifying City of Dallas residents who are interested in starting or expanding a micro-enterprise.

We provide One-on-One counseling sessions covering a wide range of small business topics. Come with your ideas and business issues, and we will assist you with tools and resources to help you become successful.
Training and Education
We provide seminars and workshops covering all aspects of business management. Topics include business modeling, business plan writing, accounting software, and more.
The Incubator Program assists in the development of start-up companies. The BAC houses companies who have been in business for less than two years and provides them with affordable office space and other amenities. (Participants in the program must qualify under program guidelines.)
